**VALUE FOR MONEY** Property Managers Melbourne has provided exceptional service. For the past two years, they have managed my two properties flawlessly. Rent is consistently processed on time, and their regular inspections come with comprehensive feedback. I have never had a reason to consider changing my property manager. Thank you for looking after my properties and appreciate the good work!
I have been a client of Property Managers Melbourne now for quite a while. Mark actually asked if I would write a review and I am quite happy to. I have found their service to be excellent. Some of the highlights would be: - excellent interaction with staff when there have been issues at the property. - reasonably priced trades when repairs need to be done, plus they provide quotes when asked. - very reasonable ongoing costs. - very diligent when finding tenants, and understanding requirements. As a property management company, they are easily the best I have dealt with and have recommended them to others.
Mark and the team have been excellent managing our property. Super efficient and great in communication. Highly recommend look no further!
Mark and Irena have been managing my property for almost 2 years, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Communication with them has been exceptional. They are always prompt in responding to my inquiries and keep me informed about any maintenance issues or updates related to the property. I highly recommend PPM.

We moved to PMM after having difficulty with another property management agent. It was instantly visible the difference in service and quality working with Mark and Irena. They always make sure our needs are met in a timely fashion which is extremely important to us being interstate investors. I have no issues recommending their services to other investors and have done so on many occasions.
Irena and Mark have been great. They're always on top of things, and get the work done without any fuss. They are honest, and very responsive to anything, whether it's a trivial matter or something urgent. Mark was the property manager when we were renting, and there was no doubt as to who'll manage our investment property. Highly recommend Property Managers Melb!
Great communication & continuity in staff! I've had the same property manager for over two and a half years. It's nice to have a degree of continuity as I know property management firms often have high turnover and this is what I experienced with my old agent. The only minor criticism I have is it the tenants sometimes vary their payments and I ideally would like them to pay the same amount every week, but as long as they remain ahead on their rent I can't really complain and this isn't really the property managers fault. I'm a first-time investor and have found the experience provided by Property Managers Melb to be seamless.
