As a chairperson, I would most definitely recommend Melcorp Strata. They are best strata company for your assets. I deal with multiple strata companies across my portfolio and Melcorp Strata are by far the most efficient and easiest to deal with. Their communication is second to none and you can always expect a prompt response.
Jasmine Miller, what can I say, what an amazing Owners Corporation Manager! I have had many dealings with Jasmine and on all encounters she has been professional, efficient and shown her knowledge and expertise. She manages all my enquiries in a timely matter and continues to follow up to see if I am satisfied. She is very diligent and easy to communicate with. I could not recommend a better Owners Corporation Manager. Keep up the good work!
I had to check the reviews for myself. No surprise that I'm not the first to be ignored. Happy to take my OC fees but ignore my emails when there's an actual issue to deal with. If i could give 0 stars, i would. Disgusting
Your O/C fee is overpriced. My hallway carpet has foot stains that have been here for weeks now. I don't use the car park, I don't use the pool.The Elevator Button G button doesn't even work on one of the elevators...Yet I'm paying 400$ a Month... if you want i can use this money and privately manage my floor for you guys and i'll still pay less.  The Carpet will be cleaned in no time....Should consider reducing the price, considering how many apartments here are still vacant.Any way Please find the receipt attached to this email. P.S the main lobby leaks water during rain. Nice. -From M1 M-city Clayton
It has been a pleasure for us to deal with Melcorp Strata. Ruby from the owner's corporation team is quick to respond with any issues we have with the building or with the apartment unit itself. Her communication provided us much needed reassurance as tenants, especially when our own real estate agency has been slow to respond.
I've had the pleasure of working with John and Mel at Melcorp Strata for the last few years and have found them really accommodating and easy to work with. As my main contact, I've found John goes above and beyond, often working outside standard hours to follow up and make sure issues get resolved satisfactorily.
Jess was lovely and handled my inquiry regarding the process for selling one of the apartments in their building. She was very prompt getting back to me.
