Dear Mr/Mrs Abby McGrath, I am actually quite disgusted that myself and the residents of 220 Ingles Street have received a notice for having our garbage bins out to be picked up. Considering the newly built homes are compact in size which leaves little to no room in the garage for the garbage bins to be stowed away. At this stage myself and many others have had their garbage bins taken, leaving us with NO possible way to dispose of waste. We have also received notice that it will cost us $50 to have the bins returned. Why are our bins being held for ransom? I am looking forward a reply before this housing estate becomes London Streets in the 1800’s which I am sure would effect sale prices. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH! Thanks x

APM in Adelaide is extremely appalling! Been a tenant there for almost 8 years but when I left, my electricity bill was 4 times more than the previous months and I never use the air-conditioning or heater. When I asked Olivia for clarification, she said she couldn't do anything about it as it's out of her control. I couldn't even get in touch with the electricity provider myself either as the account was not registered under my name. Took me more than a month to get my bond sorted because they did not complete all the required information in the Residential Bonds Online portal and failed to advise me that I had to do so. Just pure dodginess and incompetence of these staff members!!! If there's half a star or an option not to give any stars at all, I would have done so!

I have sent an email to the building manager last week(Sunday,13rd May) as I have been told to do so after I reported the car-park ceiling Leaking problem. Since I haven't received any feedback from the building manager, I visited the reception to ask for further information on Tuesday Morning (15th May). After I confirmed that the team have received my email, and I asked why you did not reply me? Then they gave me thousands of excuses, but none of them are acceptable. After the conversation, the receptionist and another guy inspected the car-park spot with me. And obviously, they can tell there is concrete-liked leaking stuff (white stuff) on the ceiling. However, they insisted saying it could be water. And they kept saying because it was dry now. so nothing we can do. I asked what if there is any damage on me car, who will be responsible for? They said: "you got your car insurance right? then you can claim your insurance". THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!! The way they talked is not to solve the problem but to pass the buck!!!! Especially the young lady (the receptionist), she is so rude and I dont think she knows how to respect people. After this, I sent another email to the team (15th May), and I confirmed that they have received the email yesterday(16th May). However, I did not received any feedback from them until now!!!!!!! Do you think you know how to do the management thing? if you dont, Please dont run your business. you are only looking for money but not providing any service to your clients!!!!!!!! I dont know how come you can survive until now! If I know the building management is so suck, I will never ever move into or purchase this apartment. And Please ask your building manager stop talking about Australian value if he doesn't know! Ask him to show some respect to the people who are living here!

ONLY IF I CAN GIVE NEGATIVE !! WORST EVER !! RUDE STAFF! better check your bills carefully, they messed up (double charged me TWICE) did not even say sorry. Writing complaint letter is a worst of time, they will never reply, rude staff interrupted me so many times when I was talking. WORST WORST EVER!!

I tend not to complain but their management team made me upset if not sick. They have double-standard applied building managers on spot, whom made me confused. Cannot agree more with the previous comment that they hire arrogant person, whom would be rude and bossy and never admits it. I am not sure how well they manage the building that I am staying with, but I do reckon that they have a lot of room to improve in treating people in a at least proper manner.
