***STAY CLEAR AWAY from them*** Bunch of thieves who know exactly how to cheat the system and tenants!!! Bunch of despicable people mainly Jason Hopp building manager who threaten me being a large organization, wanted me to replace the $20k of glass panel walls with the 10  year old plaster walls that weren't even up to building standards, same with the brand new carpets they approved and i installed, they wanted me to replace it back to the 10 year old carpets they had that were full of dirt grime and sand!!!  THEY KEPT my office bank deposit $xx,xxx and I've even gone through VIC small business and had a lease commercial mediator side with my solicitor but to no result in my refund of deposit.  Next is litigation where I've been quoted a large amount again to fight this in VCAT/court which I'm currently perusing at our costs.  They've also cheated out the other tenants in my building, being an international education institute, IGA supermarket etc... out of $xxx,xxx of dollars. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE business to deal with, knowing of at least 5 businesses now affected, i would assume this is their standard practice going into every single lease they manage. STAY CLEAR AWAY from them!!!

This property management never returned bond no matter how good you maintained the property. Spoken to a couple of other tenants and had the same issue.
