Have been dealing with Planinsek since approx 2000/2001 when we purchased our 2nd investment property through them. Since then they have managed that property exclusively. As well as regular dealings with Toni and Eric we've had a few property managers over the years, most recently Vanesschka, and without fail they have all been great to deal with. We are always notified as soon as any issues arise and receive calls from Eric when ever a lease is due for renewal. We have a couple of other properties, one of which has had various different agencies look after it and the general experiences with them have been of a much much lower standard! About 12 months or so ago we ran out of patience with the (now former) agents looking after our most recent property and moved it over to Planinsek as well which was a painless exercise!. Jayden is the property manager for this one and although he has inherited an "interesting" tenant he has been great to deal with as well... I'm sure that at the next sign of any issue with our other propery we will move it over as well.... So Whilst I can't comment from a tenants perspective I can and do HIGHLY recommend them to any land lords out there!

I've been given excellent service by my property manager Chris Baczyk, who is a really nice guy and always helpful whenever you need his help. Thanks for providing the wonderful support during the last 14 months, hopefully we would have another cooperation in the future.

Rented with Planinsek for 4.5 years and had an overall positive experience. I had a couple of different property managers over the year. Vanesschka, who managed the property for last couple of years, was extremely professional and always prompt in responding to queries and issues. Thanks for all your support. Highly recommended.
