He displays a high degree of professionalism, is well informed and can offer good advice in any situation. He’s reliable, patient and always quick to my return calls. I’m very happy that he’s looking after my property and highly recommend him to other property owners.

I have recently become a tenant of an apartment with Woodards in Oakleigh, and so far - I couldn't be more impressed. My property manager Michael S is brilliant, ensuring all of my questions and queries have been accommodated to in a really time efficient manner. Only ever a phone call away, always available and ensured attention to detail throughout the whole process. I had such an awful experience with my prior agency, and if my application, liaison and intake process with Woodards is anything to go by, I'll be a very happy tenant. Couldn't speak highly enough.

Highly recommend the team at Woodards for all your property management needs – specifically Michael Sabell. Michael is an exceptional communicator that always keeps both myself and our tenants in the loop. He makes the process incredibly easy which is exactly what you want in a property manager! Excellent service and a great team of people to work with!

As a tenant, my experience with Woodards so far is great. Cheryl Townsend in particular has been terrific in processing my application and prompt in communication throughout the application process. Rhonda as the property maintenance manager was also very helpful, welcoming and all ears!!

Michael Sabell from Woodards is an exemplary agent who has made the management of my interstate investment property painless. Whenever there were maintenance issues he stepped forward to resolve them. He was instrumental in getting the property re-advertised and was able to get results in very short time frame. He has also been very good towards the tenants which I thought was very important to maintain a pleasant tenancy. I give five stars for Michael's performance. However, as an agency I believe Woodards Oakleigh have room for improvement, specifically having a more welcoming reception.
