I did my due diligence and met with no less than five agents.  What impressed me about Kylie & Dean is they really did their homework before we met, had a wealth of local market knowledge down to the adjacent buildings and exuded confidence & enthusiasm! We recently sold our property at 9 Young Street Oakleigh with Kylie and Dean Sirianni of Barry Plant in September 2017. From the very first meeting we were impressed with their professional attitude, knowledge of the local market, and their approach to property marketing.  It was important to us that we felt comfortable with the Agent selling our property - but also that they were local and knew the market. While we did speak to other agents, the recommendations Kylie and Dean made about how to get the best result price! for our family home of 19 years were spot on.  On their recommendation, we invested in a "mini refresh" to prepare the house for sale, with the aim of improving the result. We drew on Kylie and Deans connections in Fix Sell Pay and Adriatic Furniture and later Just Conveyancing who completed high quality work in a very short amount of time. Kylie's down to earth approach to styling was also fabulous, and very easy to implement. Selecting the right agent, listening to their advice, and spending that bit of money saw our property go from being a liveable four bedroom house to a premiere family home, which we were proud to put onto the market. Through the campaign Kylie and Dean provided us with regular, no nonsense updates about buyers and what we could expect, and supported us to make the right decisions when it came time to negotiate the sale prior to Auction. All of this support culminated in us achieving a sale price that far exceeded our expectations - and they eased what could have been a very stressful process. The result has enabled us to move on with a level of family freedom that we could not have achieved any other way. If your are looking to sell a property in Oakleigh or Hughesdale, I highly recommend  Kylie and Dean of Barry Plant Oakleigh. They simply are, all round, the best in the business.

Dean and Kylie are absolutely Superstars!!!!Selling your biggest asset is an important decision and a stressful time in anyone's life. But upon meeting Dean and Kylie, my fears and concerns quickly disappeared. They were refreshingly candid and experts in there field. The styling tips Kylie provided were invaluable and added thousands to the final price. They also have a team of tradespeople, conveyancers and years of knowledge and experience.
