As we prepare to depart Australia permanently and leaving our beautiful home in the hands of tenants, we needed to trust a rental agency to make the move and the transition process as smooth as possible for us. We have only great words to say about Cynthia and her team at Austhia! They handled all our requests with high professionalism and we are hoping we'll have a long and trustworthy relationship. Knowing our property is in good hands has helped us enormously and allowed us to concentrate on getting everything else organized for our big overseas relocation. We will definitely recommend Austhia to all our friends and family.

The worst real estate agent ever. Did not collect rent off my tenants for months and was very rude when I questioned her about it. Was left in a situation where I had months of rent owing and the deposit kept was useless. Cynthia has total disregard for real estate code of conduct and will spin any sort of story to get business. STAY AWAY FROM AUSTHIA!

Cynthia Sun is grossly incompetent and unethical in her behaviours. I never want to hear from her again and would never trust her with my investments. How Austhia Real Estate manages to continue to run this dodgy operation is beside me.

Never received payment on time, usually 1-2 weeks late. Other landlords who use Cynthia Sun service within the same complex are now building a case to sue her and the company... their properties have water damage and landlords were never informed until it's too late and out of warranty or when opting out of her service. She is incredibly unprofessional and has a strong vibe of doing dodgy deals within the Chinese community. I would stay away from this company and look elsewhere. Don't let her ruin you as well. Consumer affairs should have her on the radar.

I chose Austhia through their experience in the area and I was justified in my choice. The team at Austhia were exceptional when I dealt with them in renting out my apartment. I had pretty unique circumstances in that I was moving house pretty quickly so the need to get a quality tenant in quickly was really important for me and through Austhia I was able to rent my apartment out in less than 10 days. Their staff were extremely communicative throughout the whole process and were able to answer any questions I had seeing this was the first time I rented out my property.
