The Property Management team is very weak. Jenny Caughey is the most disappointing, rude, very low level and highly unprofessional. Not recommended.

If you are a tenant: STAY AWAY from these THIEVES! Gary Peer is the worst choice possible. We've been renting a place for two years, living in immaculate conditions confirmed by all the inspections we've had and at the end, they've tried to keep our bond, forcing us to pay for new carpets and professional cleaning, whereas it is clear in the Residential Tenancies Act that the property must be left in a reasonable clean condition, of fair wear and tear. The property manager Ashlee Toll in complicit with the landlord have been trying to take financial advantage and keep our bond. They wanted us to pay a full re-carpeting for a minor worn out. More than that, the second most expensive underlay was quoted as well as furniture removing, whereas the house had no furniture. In addition to this, they lied with several occasions in order to force us pay. They lie, don't communicate and intentionally miscommunicate, playing certain tricks in order to keep the bond, they have no idea about laws or property management principles, so make sure you are well informed and know the legislation before you let them touch your bond. They rely on the fact that most people are scared of VCAT. If you have to deal with these thieves, ask for help from an independent legal advisor and make sure you report them to REIV.

Disorganised and take a long time to fix issues. We were not informed that our property manager had left and when we emailed in our notice we recieved no response. I emailed a different person who told me that I already knew that our original property manager had left (I didn't), and then wouldn't use the original date of notice so we had to pay extra to cover the time past the date we were expecting to move out. When we had inspections and reported damage/broken appliances they blamed us and then didn't arrange for it to be fixed. The structural problems still haven't been fixed, they just slapped a coat of paint over the top and are now renting it out for $50 more a week!

This would be the last option on Earth. There are many other Real Estates which show some respect for costumers. This is an epic failure.
