Woodards Real Estate Glen Huntly

I have been dealing with almost 6-7 property managers during my last 6 years of tenancy life and I have not seen anyone as efficient as staff in Woodards in Murrumbeena. I had to communicate with Ali Forbes few times and in each situation I saw her prompt action with no waste of time. I am happy with these guys and I rate them 5 starts. Thanks....

Best agency we've dealt with in 15 years of renting. Ali and the team are always fast to respond to any issues we have, with a same-week resolution on most occasions. Friendly staff overall, and very happy to be renting with them

Wonderful experience, I was renting thru Woodards and then coincidentally purchased through them as well. Over the past 5 years I have had nothing but positive experiences. It is always a pleasure walking in to their agency. All smiles and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Review from a tenant: You have a 50/50 chance of dealing with a polite & competent staff member. Some issues were dealt with in a timely manner, others they deflected blame leading to delays.

A totally unprofessional agency. They managed a property I own several years ago. Very soon after a new tenant moved in apparently the hot water service needed to be replaced. Woodards told me it was going to cost $2000 to replace but did not send me a copy of the quote. When I asked for a second quote they sent me an email that they were not going to manage the property any more and demanded that I collect all the files etc the next day. When I went the following day most of the required information was missing, condition report, photos etc. Woodards refused to answer my emails. phone calls etc. I contacted Consumer Affairs and I was told to write to the officer in control of the agency, Ruth Roberts, and give her a specified / required time to return what she was legally obliged to do. On the very last day I received an envelope with the required things returned to me, no covering letter, no apology, nothing. Btw I hand a new hot water service installed by Rheem which met all my requirements which was over $200 cheaper than Woodards quoted.I was left wondering why this agency refused to actually provide me with a copy of a the alleged quote and why it refused to get a second quote and my conclusions are not pretty. Stay away from this agency it could not be mote unprofessional, spiteful and the list goes on.
