The website was easy to manouvre through, and Jacqui was a great help!  When I posted my ad and photos on to the website, I went overseas, not expecting such a quick response.  Within two weeks of the ad being up, I had heaps of enquiries!   As soon as I returned from overseas, in two weeks, I contacted a couple of enquirers, and the first person through my door to inspect made an offer.  I am more than pleased with the service I received from noagentproperty.com.au, and highly recommend it.
This is the second home I've sold through this website.  My previous property sold without a hitch as well.
Five stars !!!

The best and most helpful company, answered all questions a new seller needs for a successful sale at a fraction of what an agent would charge, sold our house within a week in a small country town, just fantastic 
I have passed the details on to a few very interested people and if they have any sense they will do what I did. Thank you very much No Agent.

Fantastic experience! Fuss free and low cost with great exposure to all relevant real estate websites. 
Initially had listed our property for sale with well known real estate agent for 8 weeks and paid for an expensive marketing campaign with zero outcome. 
Then listed property with NoAgentProperty and it sold in 2 weeks.

I wanted to be able to sell my house with out paying high commissions for the sale. I did some searching on the internet and found No Agent Property saying there was not commissions to be payed. I found the staff to be very helpful both by phone and on line. To start the process all I had to do was supply the information on my property so they could do up the add for me and I put my own photos on the add. All in all the experience was very relaxed and not stressed which was great and the way it should be when selling your house.
