We have used noagent over the past  years for leasing properties. During covid we were forced to engage two separate agents to do the job for us,as we were interstate Both were extremely stressful experiences Never again. This is a very professional company and well worth the reasonable fee.  My property had been almost 70 days listed with a local agent with nothing happening.  I listed with No Agent Property, and was contacted by the subsequent buyer the next day.  Not having to pay the commission is a great incentive, and I dealing directly with a buyer is not difficult. Great service and Stan was so helpful, friendly and understanding. It was a seamless process to create the ad and being able to print out your own brochures is a huge plus. I would highly recommend No Agent Property to anyone wanting to sell their own property.

DO NOT USE NOAGENT&gt; We paid for the premium package $2200 and No Agent provided no guidance during the process, did not provide accurate timeframes. The most help we had was how to process the fee to them : The Realestate Add hits the bottom of the page on day one. We were told it would be $4500 to upgrade so not an affordable or realistic option. They mucked up the add so it didn't show a price and they put the wrong contact number! The brochures are printed off someone's home printer. The board was installed so late it was 30min before our first open. The "professional" photographer's images looked like a cartoon and the floorplan was so inaccurate, I had to measure the house room by room and draw it myself to provide to the company. They forgot the social media campaign until we asked after 2 weeks what statistics were provided. They then "listed" the add on week 3 of 4 a week campaign. No one provided any proof of the listing, who it was advertised to or what platforms. That was $350 of our money wasted. When enquiries come through they are 3 days late and only a mobile number. Some enquiries were never provided. Delay after delay after delay. The owner called us to apologize and when we asked for a refund she started blaming us, then deflected how it wasn't her fault. It took her 7 days for to "investigate" her own staff and just reverted to the blame us option. Avoid this company at all costs as it's more like a scam. We are hard working people trying to sell our family home.

Before listing our home with No Agent Property we looked at all of our options for selling without an agent as we had recently been to several inspections and thought, we could show our own home. As time was on our side, we decided to give it a try and we were very pleased with the straightforward process. Would highly recommend the professional photograph package and found their chat, phone, and email communication helpful and attentive. Once we had access to the portal it was easy to amend our listing price, text, photos as we wished. After one day of private inspections and the ability to warmly share "our home" with interested purchasers,  we had multiple bids and have just placed the "SOLD by Owners" sticker on the listing board. You will need your own lawyer or conveyancer to assist with the contracts and negotiation and a proper valuation so you know your price range is attractive, but you will save thousands in agent commission. Give it a go!

I wanted to be able to sell my house with out paying high commissions for the sale. I did some searching on the internet and found No Agent Property saying there was not commissions to be payed. I found the staff to be very helpful both by phone and on line. To start the process all I had to do was supply the information on my property so they could do up the add for me and I put my own photos on the add. All in all the experience was very relaxed and not stressed which was great and the way it should be when selling your house.

I was unsure about selling my house without an agent but having a platform like No Agent Property made it easy and professional. I recieved enquiries the same day my property was listed and sold my property within four days. I would happily use No Agent Property again and recommend the process. I was pleased that I was able to talk to representatives from No Agent and impressed with their prompt replies to my queries. Happy Selling!
