Just locked in a property with Gary Peer, with the amazing help of our leasing consultant, Carolina Ramirez. In general our experience with Gary Peer has been great, they were fast in get us approved, helpful with our doubts and questions and easy to communicate with.  The highlight of the experience to find a new apartment was Carolina Ramirez. She was very knowledgeable about the property, rental conditions and what your rights as a tenant are. Also she provides valuable advice for you to secure a property and ensure a smooth process, with minimal stress!  I would highly recommend to contact Carolina if you are looking for a rental property in St Kilda!

It is usually unusual to have a great experience with a Real Estate Agency. However, I could not have had a better experience with Gary Peer & Associates, and specially with our leasing consultant, Carolina Ramirez.  Carolina was always very cordial and professional. She made the moving process to be as smooth as possible and she even made herself available to visit the property with me and my partner again, once the lease was approved, so we could take measurements of the rooms.  I could not recommend it highly enough.

Carolina Ramirez of Gary Peer is one of the best real estate agents I have come across. She is a very genuine and professional person who had made this entire process of renting the property seamless. She understands the expectations of the tenants and goes above and beyond to meet the tenant’s expectations. She also followed up promptly and did not add any pressure at all, which made this process less stressful. I got the approval in less than 24 hours. I am writing this review in appreciation for Carolina Ramirez. She has been a perfect example of a leasing concierge. She guided me to apply the property I would like to rent and priority to securing the lease. She did a great job to keep things running smoothly. Because her patience, effort and love Carolina puts into her job. To say Gary Peer & Associates is lucky to have her.

Nicole was always friendly and competent. She ensured that everything went as smoothly as possible during the move and even paid for the cleaning. When the owner of the apartment decided to sell it in September, Nicole and Mathew once again provided me with incredible support. The bond was immediately repaid, but I accidentally overpaid them. Nicole called me back, and the money was returned to me within 24 hours.  I could not recommend them highly enough. Gary Peer is hands down the best agency to deal with and if I decide to buy a house soon, Nicole Mathew and Gary Peer will be my only options.

At Gary Peer they were very responsive and always available to answer any questions I had. It was a great experience working with Jessica Alvarez to find my rental property.  She made the rental process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Gary Peer and specially Jessica to anyone looking for a rental property. Thanks for all your help!

I would like to use this forum to express what a delight it was to deal with Carolina Ramirez from Gary Peer. She was instrumental in assisting me to find the right property. She was informative, helpful, considerate, and prompt in her appointments. She always followed through in her undertakings, keeping me informed and supported throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Indy Uthpala as one of the best property managers I have ever had.  Indy has been amazing since the day she became my property manager I am a renter! I also own properties and I can honestly say if they were in the St Kilda area, I would not hesitate to have Indy manage those for me.
