CENTURY 21 On Centre

Jason Smith, Worse real estate agent we have come across. I do not rent with them again. They just want money, never addressed our issues appropriately. If agents are busy 24/7 not responding to their customers on time, then why did you take up the responsibility of handling these properties?????? Very upset with my agent

Had the misfortune of having this company sell a house on the street in which I live. I was subjected to a violent incident of road rage on my narrow street by one of the people leaving the OFI wherby my car was severely punched and damaged. I asked the agent Michael Eagan for a list of people who had inspected the property to provide to the police. Eagan refused to provide any information and could not have been more unpleasant in the way he refused. Seems like he can turn on the charm when there is a potential property to be listed or there is a potential buyer, but when there is no financial reward he is a revolting individual. Find another agent!

Been renting through these guys for about 19yrs over two properties and have had the best relationship with all of them. I am moving and hopefully can rent with them again. Joe, Lyn, Michelle, Ferosa all been there when I have needed anything.

Our experience with C21 On Centre was very positive. Our agent was Tara, and she was very efficient, effective and friendly with her communiations. The protocols in place to deal with our-of-ours break downs (our hot water had problems on a Sunday) were very helpful, and had us back online as quickly as possible. We felt that C21 took our concerns very seriously; as you would hope! I would certainly look here for a rental property next time I needed one!
