Eric is the consummate professional. He handled the intricacies and some difficulties of the sale process with expert negotiation and interpersonal skills. He took the time to explain matters to me and keep me informed throughout the whole process. He is personable, helpful and has decades of experience and knowledge. He made the process interesting and far less daunting for me. He is definitely set apart from the pack. If you want personal and real service, you will get that from Eric and his team. I could not recommend him highly enough.

eric helped us buy our first house. very simple, very easy, made the process quick and seemless. very helpful in all areas we needed
