Worst real estate agent in Melbourne! We have never came across a man (Paul Ross) so rude, disgusting and repulsive! Avoid This Agent!!!

Stay away from these guys..our investment property was managed with them for 5.5 years. They only inspected property twice in those 5.5 years. They are rude and unprofessional and dodgy. Our tenants had faulty dishwasher and replaced with 2nd hand dishwasher without notifying us. Instead we got charged $700 for so called...water leakage...???? This was the last straw. Got rid of them and we are now happily with BIggen & Scott Richmond who are a breath of fresh air. Very professional.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS REAL ESTATE COMPANY. THEY ARE DODGY! PAUL ROSS THE OWNER IS DISGUSTING. HE REFUSED TO REPAIR OUR PROPERTY THAT WAS MOULDY AND FALLING APART. AFTER WE MOVED OUT HE CONTINUED TO USE GAS AN ENERGY UNDER MY NAME FOR 6 MONTHS AND THEN REFUSED TO PAY THE BILLS. STAY CLEAR! DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THESE GUYS.

I have several rental properties around melbourne and Geoff Nixon managed 2 of these. After 2yrs of management and no periodic inspections I have switched agencies only to find GNRE have not completed incoming inspection reports. The tenants in both houses (tenants vetted by GNRE) have not looked after the dwelling with the tenants themselves making modifications to the properties (electrical modifications, holes in walls) My new agency have since booted them out, trying to recoup costs from VCAT however with GNRE taking no photos and having a 2 page incoming inspection report that is vague at best I dont have a leg to stand on. Avoid these guys at all costs if you value your property. Bordering on criminal behavior - they should not be able to hold a license.

Great staff. I have dealt with them for over 12 years and they are terrific. Paul Ross is a top operator.
