Trent Hyman is an absolute disgrace, this guy couldn’t run a business if his life depended on it. Arrogant, rude and non caring. We are renting a property through this muppet and having been here 5 years we have not had one bit of maintenance performed on it. All the excuses under the sun as to why things haven’t happened, didn’t receive emails, didn’t get messages - he’ll I wonder how dB realty is still running. Wonder if he will show his mug at VCAT when he receives our application. Can’t even reimburse expenses that we have had to pay out to repair things at the property. Save your sanity and go elsewhere if your looking to rent or buy.

I've had my property looked after by Db realty for almost 10 years. Very happy with their service and help I've received over the years

They look and sound good, but don't deliver..it's a shame. As a owners Corp manager Paul Hyman director, says he doesn't have to do maintenance. He can't tell tenants for the good of all, they have to be respectful of others..his motto, is, the quiet ones have to respect the ones deliberately waking people up 24/ 7. Quiet people have to respect that the disrespectful ones also live there,, how they want to live without rules. Paul only makes rules that upset people or put us in danger. He is being taken to VCAT for avoidance OF doing what is voted on the minutes which are dodgy at best. Not all goes on the minutes, only what u want to hear or. Want he wants. Total control freak.. Our lift has broken 40 times over 13 years...and makes noise.he says it's not too bad and at the Agm says it's still good till 2027 or something ridicules.. In my professional opinion you can't work as real estate agent..selling, renting property, and owners corp, management.

Paul and his team has helped me purchase 4 investment properties. Even bidding for me at the auctions. The level of service to the tenants is fantastic. Everything needed to be done is carried out immediately without any fuss and in a very professional manner. This is important to me as I want my tenants to stay for extended periods and to date this is the case.

Worst Real Estate that I have ever come by! Avoid using them at all costs! I was attempting communication through Trent Hyman in regards to a property he was selling, I called and left him two voice mails, which took him three days to respond to. Trent informed me that he would arrange an open for inspection for me of the property, after a week of not hearing him I called and messaged him, after two week I called and emailed, the third week I called the office to which he answered! I informed him that he had not contacted me in regards to the property and he said sorry it's now sold! I asked a. why I was not informed b. why my calls were not returned and c. why an open for inspection was never arranged. He had absolutely nothing to say for himself and when I told him I would make sure everyone would know about his poor service his words to me were "no worries, go ahead". I then wrote an email to who appeared to be the two Principals of the business explaining the poor service, and then shocking phone call I received from Trent and I have never had a reply from them. AVOIDING ALL OF THEIR PROPERTIES THEY HAVE ADVERTISED FOR SALE!
