Useless and unprofessional. Late for open inspection. Complete waste of time.

After applying for the property and waiting a week then phoning several times over 3 days and emailing, they told us they really liked our application and we had a really good chance but our referees hadn’t responded and asked us to prompt them to provide a reference. 
We then heard from our OWN REFEREE that the place had been leased already. 
Instead of telling us straight that we were unsuccessful in the multiple times we contacted/spoke to them they preferred to waste our time. Infuriating.

Woodards Real Estate Elsternwick provide professional friendly service nothing is too much trouble, I highly reccomend them for your property needs

I have been renting from Woodards, for many years - and their customer service is very poor. They don't give a fig leaf about the renter. Recently I had a drain that was smelling and asked them to get a plumber out to investigate. Said drain was not blocked but was smelling and plumber advised how best to deal with it. THEN Woodards sent me the bill! I never ask for maintenance in the 3 years I have been here, and the 14 years in my previous Woodards flat. You get treated like dirt by this real estate agent when you are paying over $1670 a month to live in a place. And they do nothing!

We helped our son purchase a property that was leased through Woodwards Elstenwick Vic. We have purchased many times before with other agents, no dramas at all. What a nightmare. The property management team- one staffer in particular - displayed disgraceful customer service- emailing saying"Pick the keys up on Monday", we were assured that the keys would be available at close of business day- email received at 5.29pm, after we called at 5.15pm. And where exactly was my son to sleep for the next 3 nights? Shame on you Woodwards. I'll be shouting from the rooftops to other purchasers NOT to deal with your business. Buyers BEWARE!
