Very disappointing! they seem very friendly on the website but when I contacted them by phone in Elsternwick branch to book an appointment, the guy who answered the phone was very rude "you cannot book an appointment if you don't bring your tax return, every loan has different rate based on your tax return. I have dealt with many mortgage brokers in the past NO ONE was as unprofessional as this guy!!! May be my foreign accent was not pleasant to his ears. Shame on people like this. Proud of my accent and where I come from and not interested in getting a loan from you guys. I rather pay interests to someone nicer!!! only nice people should get richer on my account.
