I’ve been a tenant for Woodards Elsternwick for near a year and they have always been great to deal with including Kaitlyn Brand who has been a wonderful professional property manager. Very helpful,  friendly, understanding and replies promptly for all enquiries. I can see a long professional relation with Woodards Elsternwick as I find Kaitlyn’s being an excellent property manager. As we all have busy schedules in which I have found that Kaitlyn has made the managing of my apartment lease a stress-free operation. I highly recommend this company and especially Kaitlyn Brand, because of the professional property manager Woodards Elsternwick has shown.

I’ve been a tenant for Woodards Elsternwick for the last 2 years and they have always been great to deal with. Louise Scarcella has been a wonderful property manager. Very friendly, understanding and replies promptly for all enquiries! I’m unfortunately moving out of my property, but they have been very helpful and flexible around my final inspection. Knowing that we all have jobs, busy schedules and she’s made my process of moving out plus moving overseas a much less stressful and I really thank her and the Woodards Elsternwick team for that!  I highly recommend this company, because even the location Director, Fabian, put time aside for me to coach and give me advice for when I was looking to go into the realestate industry - I’m very grateful for that and it shows the whole team really put their clients first.  Thank you for the last 2 years!

I rented a property through Woodards Elsternwick for the past 2 years. Louise Scarcella was a terrific agent to deal with. Communication, responsiveness and helpfulness was outstanding compared to my past experiences. She was very helpful in understanding my situation and she cetainly accommodated any possible help. I believe she is a great individual and a real asset to Woodards and their clients.

As a tenant in a rental property managed by Woodards, I had an excellent experience dealing with my agent Matthew Pacholec who provided above level service. Entry and exit to the property, the rental agreement and the bond was efficient and seamless. All repair requests were responded to quickly and taken seriously via email and phone. I never had any issues, and would highly recommend Woodards as a rental provider.

We lived in a property managed by Woodards Elsternwick for 18+ months and it was such an easy relationship. Deanna was always there to help and answer our questions with a big smile. She made us feel at home and no problem ever seemed to be a big deal for her, everything was easily solved.
