I work in Real Estate for a different firm, but have been thoroughly impressed by my experience with the whole team at HS Caulfield. They go the extra mile, with a smile on their faces and really demonstrate a great skillset and love for the job. Very impressed with their service - I couldn't fault anything with my experience. Jason is an absolute superstar consultant, as is Bernie and their manager Marnie. If this is a team you're considering, you can't go wrong.

It was a sincere pleasure finalising my first lease in Melbourne through hockingstuart Caulfield - streamlined procedure, timely communication, quick responses and high level of customer centricity. Extended gratitude goes to Lindsay-Leigh Hocking and Jason Isaacs for offering us a smooth move to our new home. Lindsay made sure to have the place well maintained and generally in a very good condition before we moved in, rendering us having a pleasing first impression.

Terrible agents especially the property manager. Wouldn’t deal with them at all. I now have a house to sell and due to my experience while renting from them they would be the last people I’d give a listing to.

The service is non-existing and it is terrible & stressful dealing with this office. You never get responses from anyone (phone calls or emails) and when you call, no one is available to assist, not even Department Manager. Landlord’s property is not being maintained, as very reasonable service requests from tenants are ignored. And ends up costing the landlord more than what it should have if the request was actioned timeously. It is worrisome that so little attention is given to general customer service.

Highly recommended Lindsay-Leigh Hocking, she is a lovely agent, very kind and helpful. Being a tenant, I can always solve the problem right away with her help.
