Rented a place in Clayton. The place was falling apart, but that’s not the issue and not their fault. I would constantly contact the agent and go days or weeks with him having seen my messages and not replying - because of this we went 2 months with a hole in the ceiling that looked straight up into the roof, and being unable to turn the bathroom lights on. We finally had to move out before we were expecting to, with 3 weeks notice, because there was a giant mould problem that had started because he refused to fix a leak in the ceiling I had told him about 8 months prior.

Rented a townhouse through Jarlley. Tim has been very helpful and prompt in his communication. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
