You will be wasting your time dealing with this company. Called them re: appraisal of my rental property in Caulfield. Inessa Kabaker attended and advised me re: amount it can be rented out at and promised to email me the details next day.  One week passed and no email.  So, I rang up just to be told that she won't be sending me an appraisal. No explanation why no promises were kept.  Unbelievably lazy and arrogant. Absolutely unreliable, unprofessional and dishonest. Disgraceful!
