I cannot recommend Shiuann and her team more highly. Dealing with Shiuann is always a pleasure. The Ritz team are very prompt with communication and responsiveness to issues, very professional, easy to deal with and very respectful for all parties. I would say without a doubt that Ritz Property Management have been the best property managers I have dealt with as a tenant.

Shiuann has been my rental agent for a few of my properties now. After going through 2 different agencies, I must say that she is amazing and efficient and really does look after her landlord. Unlike some of the agents I have dealt with in the past, once you signed up with them and when there is an issue they don't respond to you until a few days later and I have to keep chasing and following up. Though she has great property manager in her team but she still respond to my request  emails and usually she does it within 12 business hours to inform me that she received the request which I found it was amazing. I feel grateful that I have Shiuann who is so professional and humble to look after my properties. I am glad that I am with her now as I do not have to worry about anything. I highly recommend ritz and her team as I know.

Shiuann finalised my inspection of a property I vacated. The process was very smoothe and the owners agreed to refund the bond in full promptly. Shiuann is extremely humble, professional and very accommodating. As a property manager and a landlord myself I can have high expectations and Shiuann did not fall short. I highly recommend Shiuann Teh and Ritz to manage your investment property as you will very well looked after.

I am a landlord and Ritz Property Management have been looking after my property for last 6 months. Shiuann has been pleasure to deal with since the start. She is proactive, professional and provides wonderful service for both myself and tenant alike. I would like to take this opportunity to say that I am extremely pleased with the value-added contribution that a good property manager such as yourself has made to my property investment process thus far.

Shiuann has helped me manage my first investment property.  The very next day, after I spoke to her on the phone, I had this very efficient lady come to my office and had the leasing agreement completed and signed.  Throughout the 2 years, she has been very helpful and provided me with professional advice, so that I was able to make informed decision.  She was the one who I would turn to whenever I had emergency queries from tenant that I needed to attend to. I am very pleased with her service and she had made my experience as being a landlord positive one. 

Shiuann is an absolute pleasure to work with; her professionalism, attentiveness to customer’s needs and friendliness would stand her out from the rest.  I would recommend her to anyone as she will look after your property as one of hers.
