From the first meeting at property 1, two directors were on time and keen to share their local knowledge and assessment, likewise with property 2. We took time deciding on our agent. JC were keen and followed up regularly without being intrusive. Their marketing proposal was well presented and commission well placed in the field. JC performed professionally in the face of challenges including vendors residing in Victoria and NSW, inspection schedules tailored to the unique workflow of a tenant's business and a sudden government acquisition of one of the properties. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the values achieved and general outcome.
