They have been good with us . Gave us lease extension and took good care.however apparently they fizzed out quickly in their service standards and didn't really care to fix the renter's maintenance issues at least with me.A female person who was associated with the business had an attitude which was disgusting to say the least. The inspection and follow up on maintenance issues were pathetic, anyways business is sold, however this person works for Gary peer at the moment.

Excellent people. Really look after their tenants. Excellent gardening services....no job too small. Always contact tenants prior to any tradesmen, electrical work etc that needs to be carried out....

Had a great experience with Adam Frauman over the weekend. He was super friendly, helpful and generous with his time and energy. This is pretty rare especially on this side of the fence as a prospective tenant and it was a breath of fresh air!

I wish 0 was an option as 1 star is inaccurate. As a renter we moved into our first apartment that had cigarette butts, dirt and hair all over the apartment, as well as discarded furniture from the previous tenant. When we raised this with Morleys there was zero assistance in fixing the situation. We eventually left the lease because there was an undisclosed cockroach infestation, and Morleys were horrible with the lease transfer and the comment from the agent was "you're lucky im not charging you a fee for this." Our bond was held for 6 weeks after we'd found a better place and needed constant calling before refunded. A warning for renters never again.

Have had a great decade renting a StKilda property through lovely Heather at Morley's and Nicole on reception. It can't be easy keeping everyone happy! especially with the property owners creepy daughter stalking the property at 6 Lambeth Place StKilda

I found my experience with Morleys real estate I found them prompt friendly good advice and professional my agent Adam took care of me and found just what I was looking for

I wish I could give negative marking. Really unprofessional and don't know how to speak. Just hangs up without even listening to the customer. This is not the way it should be. VERY VERY BAD Experience speaking to them. WILL NOT RECOMMEND MORLEYS REAL ESTATE TO ANYONE.
