The Property Management team is very weak. Jenny Caughey is the most disappointing, rude, very low level and highly unprofessional. Not recommended.

The Property Management division is very poorly managed. They need to get rid of Jenny Caughey ASAP, because she is totally incompetent and has no idea about property management principles, she is homophobic, insults people's jobs and will try to charge the tenants as much as possible.  Nothing gets ever fixed, and at the end of tenacy, the probability of you being charged with things that you have reported previously is very high, because they would not keep the Condition report and deny any documents sent. Otherwise, they will try to keep the bond money, even lie and bring fake evidence at VCAT in order to get some compensation money. 
They are all pretty bad and have an awful reputation, but are three names to be avoided...Adam Joske, Jenny Caughey and Ashlee Toll. They are absolutely incompetent.

If you are a tenant: STAY AWAY from these THIEVES! Gary Peer is the worst choice possible. We've been renting a place for two years, living in immaculate conditions confirmed by all the inspections we've had and at the end, they've tried to keep our bond, forcing us to pay for new carpets and professional cleaning, whereas it is clear in the Residential Tenancies Act that the property must be left in a reasonable clean condition,  of fair wear and tear. The property manager Ashlee Toll in complicit with the landlord have been trying to take financial advantage and keep our bond. They wanted us to pay a full re-carpeting for a minor worn out. More than that, the second most expensive underlay was quoted as well as furniture removing, whereas the house had no furniture. In addition to this, they lied with several occasions in order to force us pay. They lie, don't communicate and intentionally miscommunicate, playing certain tricks in order to keep the bond, they have no idea about laws or property management principles, so make sure you are well informed and know the legislation before you let them touch your bond. They rely on the fact that most people are scared of VCAT. If you have to deal with these thieves, ask for help from an independent legal advisor and make sure you report them to REIV.

Be warned! They will try every trick under the sun to steal your bond money. Their property managers are liars and take the meaning of inept to a whole new level.
