This is worst agent I met.
 They threaten tenants although the tenants did nothing wrong. As long as they want, no matter it is legal or illegal, they will threat you.

They allowed a mentally deranged tenant to remain in apartment building for prolonged period despite countless threats to stab other residents. Totally useless.

We have rented out our place twice via Pride RE and then sold it through them as well. 10/10 for service, speed and friendliness. Wish all agents were like them!
