My partner and I leased a property through Pride and all I can say is I’m just so relieved they don’t manage the properties we own. Absolutely shocking! The apartment we rented was left filthy by the previous tenants. Even after the agent promised (at the open house/inspection) that it would be professionally cleaned by the tenants before being re-leased. We signed the lease in good faith and moved into a dive.

Despite all our efforts, not one of the agents at Pride was willing to take accountability and organise to have the property cleaned. Instead we received defensive, aggressive emails advising we were being little more than fussy. 

Fortunately there are many more great agents around the area, be sure to do your research is the best advice I can give.

Very happy with the service received from the Pride Real Estate team! I was inspecting a property on behalf of a client and they allowed me to set up a time to come and grab the keys myself and inspect the apartment. This was a huge deal for my client who wouldn't have been able to see the property and apply if they hadn't suggested this. Thank you again!!

Thanks to Pride Real Estate and Maxine in particular, for recently taking on the management of a difficult investment property. Maxine has responded to the challenge in a professional, timely and friendly manner, and has shown initiative in responding to client needs. Looking forward to continuing the association. I would recommend Maxine and Pride to any landlord looking for a high standard of management of their investment property in the inner Melbourne bayside area.

I am so enjoying being with Pride. My move was made much better by the open and friendly support I had from Maxine and all at Pride. I get quick responses to all requests and queries and have benefitted from their terrific knowledge of my building.
