Agent rarely answered correspondence regarding issues or maintenance. They demand receipts for steam cleaning, though such clauses are not legally enforceable. It is the tenant's responsibility to leave the property as it was minus reasonable wear and tear. They can't demand receipts, but they do, with a very unpleasant attitude. Receptionist came off as a bully. However bond was returned quickly and with no fuss, which is the most important thing for a renter, so three stars for that.

Would highly recommend Kellie Finlayson as a Property Manager. I am a landlord and have been dealing with Kellie for over 10 years now. She has managed multiple properties for my family and we trust her to look after both our asset and our tenant. She is highly professional and always responsive with any issue we have had over the years. Thomson's please look after Kellie as she is an important asset to 'your' business.

Jessica Brodie provided excellent service from day one. She clearly explained the market conditions and the rental process really well, which helped immensely being a first time property owner and now landlord. Jessica reassured me throughout the process of her efforts of advertising, and open inspections of the apartment, which all assisted in leasing the property so quickly. I am very grateful and confident that I have a highly skilled professional managing my property for the future.

We have been interacting with Maria Nikolic, since we applied for a rental house in March 2017. Our application was reviewed, processed and approved in record time, which really surprised us. The entire process of applying and moving to a new rental home has been largely smooth and stress free, all thanks to her. She has been quite prompt in responding to all our queries and we found her to be very friendly and easily approachable on either emails or over the phone. Overall, we would rate her and her agency (Thomson Real Estate) very high for their professional attitude towards renters.
