Telephoned RACV Insurance 132228 to get cover for trailer. As the trailer has a 12v motor to help lift on and off the towball, you aren't covered and they'll void the insurance. This includes 12v motors to wind your boat in, even voids insurance for your car if you change from an old car push up and down aerial to a 12v aerial with motor. Be warned with fine print, thankfully I was told. 9.12.17 10.50am.

Understaffed every time I have been here.  Never any effort to move quickly. I think they hope you will give up and leave. Absolutely appalling. A joke!!!!

Expect to wait 30mins before being seen to. No acknowledgement of you while waiting so everyone just stands there brooding away
