Well that had to be the worst experience of my life thus far. The girl we spoke with had zero interest in helping, was bordering on rude and totally dismissive. After getting married we need to consolidate our cover with one or other provider. Put simply she has single handedly lost our business. We will be moving to Medibank who were totally the opposite. It seems they actually want our business. Thanks for many years of what I considered to be excellent service.
