THEY DO NOT PAY CLAIMS !!!!!! THEY WILL DO ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING TO NOT PAY THEY WILL INVESTIGATE EVERY CLAIM THEY WILL MAKE YOU JUMP THROUGH HOOPS TO GET YOUR CLAIM ACCESSED AGAIN THEY DO NOT PAY CLAIMS!!!!! The worst insurance company in Australia! For gods sake INSURE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Do not ever go with this insurance company under any circumstances. It's nearly been 11 weeks since our work car was stolen . Included was child restraints and buisness equipment and personal items. Qbe chose to investigate the theft and 7 weeks later still have failed to conclude their investigation grasping at straws trying to come up with extra questions that are apparently following procedure. If you are following procedure and people knew how to do their job properly you would of asked all the 'procedure' questions 7 weeks ago. This is not the only issue and seem to have at getting things done. I will give a few examples : fail to take phonecalls, fail to return phonecalls, fail to file information given from customer. They even rang up to view the car for evaluation. IT'S STOLEN! I could keep listing. Surely someone is smart enough to realise multible people cannot do their job at qbe. Surely someone can override all this nonsense and actually act like an insurance company. Surely someone at qbe can recognise how damaging this is to a buisness and real people. Update: we are still waiting for insurance to come through it will be 3 months this week!!!

These guys are a bag of rats they told me my work trailer was covered when i got the policy 14 months ago. Had a truck hit my trailer now they tell me im only covered for single axle trailers. This isn't how we should be treated as loyal paying customers. These guys have more gray areas then banks.
