First and foremost, EFM lost our parcel. Their customer service was extremely terrible. Neither were helpful. Instead of trying to help, they keep telling me standard answers that does not provide any constructive solution. Once pushed, they finally decide to investigate and guess what, they admitted the parcel is lost! Alarm bells start ringing when you realise your parcel has not arrived after more than a week and there was no scan on the item's tracking number to determine where the parcel is. But these fools at the contact centre are just too lazy to do their jobs! And why provide a tracking number when you cannot even track where your parcel is? It should have been scanned at every single depot or stopover that the truck made, unless the truck has been running non-stop for more than a week. Avoid if you can.
