Do not use these guys!! Booked a full business class ticket only to find they'd combined with economy fares even though they charged me business class rates. Cancelled tickets due to shocking customer service and no proper explanation costing me $800. Rang twice, was on hold for an hour and they still couldn't sort my ticket issues, said they'd call back but never did hence why i called back and cancelled tickets out of disgust! These clowns should not be allowed to opertate!

This is a disgraceful services ...customer service is the worst service ever.....supervisors not answering the phones....giving wrong flight info....once you booked the flight the times getting changed when you get the ticket. Absolutely a joke . Do not book your tickets from BYO.!!!!.. I repeat Do not book your tickets from BYO... !!!!!!!This is a total scam beware...!!!!!

Absolutely ecstatic with the service provided. Quick and fast. Would definitely use BYOJET for the foreseeable future. I dont know why there are negative reviews but i beg to differ.

Scam!!! order tickets via skyscanner, after 3 attempts and talked to CSR 2 times, the payment still can't be gone through. Finally, CSR advised to book via their website but price increase from $2380 to $2790. Disregardful business!!!

They will show cheap price for booking and will ask for more while confirming the ticket for various reasons. There website don't have update price info. It was a one time mistake which is never happening to me again.
