DO NOT USE THIS AGENT! SPOKE TO A WOMAN THAT I THOUGHT WAS EITHER POSSESSED OR ON ICE OR ABOUT TO KILL SOMEONE! Absolutely awkful service and very very rude staff named IVA. First of all she never called back like it was promised, secondly when I called again she was extremely rude & uneducated, talked to me like I'm a 5 years old, kept emphasizing she's 50 n knows everything n yet refused to help! Felt completely humiliated. In my opinion the problem could have been resolved simply. But she decided to ABUSE ME over the phone instead using a very condescending tone from the moment she picked up the phone responding back "I CAN'T HELP YOU!!!!" And eventually hung up on me!!!! This real estate agent needs to employ even just normal staff, definitely would not want them to look after my property!

I just rented a house through this agent. They gave me same-day reponse after I submitted application forms. Not like other reviews said, I feel that they are nice people and helpful. Most of the poor reviews are bond related. I believe if you take proper care of renting property, you would get bond fully returned. I've rented several properties during recent years and I got all bonds fully returned. Hope the bad experience which stated by other customers would not happen to me. Five stars for their efficient service. Hmm.. happy renting :)

Waste of time. This company is a pure waste of time. Applied for a house and took them so long to respond. No commitment at all. Unprofessional staff

Overall our experience with Vincent Armenia from Lazogas has been great throughout the year. He has always given us a hearing ear. Vincent has gone beyond his bounds to make sure that our issues are addressed in time. He surely knows how to maintain a balance between the Owner and the Tenants. Vincent is mindful of the fact that current tenants could be his clients in future. He surely believes in building long term relationships. I wish I could say the same for others at Lazogas Melbourne.

Its pretty obvious that every positive review here is by friends or workers of the company.... they are rude unprofessional and dodgy. they invent fake claims to steal your bond and take ages to respond to maintenance requests, we were without hot water for a week in winter! Avoid!!!!
