Our personal service allows us to understand your individual needs and assist you in all your real estate endeavors. We’ll manage your investment from all levels; finding suitable tenants, managing all paperwork including bills, we’ll even provide renovation/development advice if the need arises.

Terrible agents - not responding to e-mails or phonecalls. Let tenant  weeks behind with payments without doing anything, despite contract to the contrary

Worst agent i have ever dealt with! They kept changing my lease date even though i told them i need the place ASAP i even paid cash to assure the money is in their accounts so i can get the house sooner and they did say they can but everyday they kept emailing me and saying they can't put 15min of there time for me to sign a contact and get the keys to the property!

Fox First Real Estate has managed both of our properties for over 5 years.
Very happy with their service especially when things need to be repaired in our properties as I am not much of a handy man. lol
They offer a fresh approach from all the other big name, high fee agents.
Would recommend them!
