Buxton Oakleigh

I am starting a lease agreement with a property managed by Buxton. The agent Angelo V was very pleasant and professional. He was very accommodation and flexible in many occasions. Always trying to understand my requirements and cater to them accordingly.

I have a rental property being looked after by Amy Clemenger and she has been extremely helpful. Amy always attends to both myself and the tenants queries/needs promptly and in a friendly and professional manner. I have also been able to have good discussions with her in regards to the property and how we can approach things. It has been such an effortless process for me to rent my place out because Amy takes care of everything. I would definitely choose to stay with Buxton for as long as my place is being rented out. :)

The after sales service has been less than satisfactory. You'd think for a million bucks you'd get a tv aerial, a working garage remote and the bloody code for your own home's security system. They vanished the moment the document was signed... Typical.

We had a wonderful experience with property manager Raelene who went above and beyond our expectations. She followed up with tenants and ourselves with final handovers and ensured the property was well looked after. i would highly recommend Raelene.

Seems like a number of reviews on here are about the sales side of he business but I just wanted to say these guys are also great as an agency when you're a tenant. Erin has been managing the property I'm renting and I've had a really positive experience. Follows up on any issues and is always very responsive. Great to see an agency that cares about the tenants, keep up the good work guys.
