It was really easy to rent a property with them. We sent an application and they informed us in 3-4 days that we got the house. Also Chris is really customer service orientated and approachable so talking to him regarding the house and asking questions no matter how dumb they were wasn't like something to be ashamed of. Also when completing all the various procedures for the house, they made it seem really easy. Renting a house could never be made simpler I swear.

A great team who make a tough job look simple; as estate agents they work hard for a great result for their clients. They act for generations of vendor and landlord families, so they build relationships. Truly they are one of the rare few agencies that will have your interests, not their bottom line, as their goal.

Sorry I had to give 1 star but should be minus stars We paid a professional photographer to take pictures of our home we were selling at 10 craig st blackburn south 4 days after settlement the new owner assigned Darras & Zervas to rent the house And we noticed they used our professional photos instead of taking there own photos to promote the rental of the house A low act as they never asked for permission and is not allowed in real estate game Keep away from this real estate stick with the professional real estate that will give you respect and stick to the laws I will be seeking advice from our lawyer on this matter

Absolutely terrible real estate agents. Do not ever rent with them! Our apartment had a broken toilet and numerous other problems, they flat out refused to fix them for us despite promising to do so when we signed the lease. We spent a year with a broken seat and despite asking for the promised maintenance service, they just blatantly ignored us. Extremely unresponsive, except when RENT is due! To them, we were just cash cows. You have been warned!

I was renting nearly 7 years and I am happy with their Service. Chris is very helping and customer focused person.
