I have dealt with a lot of estate agents over the last few months and I must admit Clayton's genuinely stood out. From answering all phone calls in timely manner and professionally to actually listening to our property requirements and recommending us appropriate houses. Once we have viewed the property the process to putting an offer through and aiding us to secure the offer has been seamless and so easy. Within less than a day we got the offer accepted and the paperwork was already started. I must say I have not seen such a professional and fast service before. I would highly recommend this estate agency for everyone looking for an easy and hassle-free property search. Special thanks to Andrea, Debbie and Vicky. Amazing team.
Valerie and the team at Clayton’s were amazing and honestly without them, I don’t think me and my family could have moved. The solicitors weren’t that great but Clayton’s were super helpful in pushing things through and communicating with all parties. At one point, we didn’t think we’d actually move because there were so many delays but with the help of Clayton’s we got there with a few hours to spare before the mortgage offer for our buyers expired! I would highly recommend Clayton’s to anyone looking to sell, rent or buy!
Highly recommend Claytons from my experience as a seller and a buyer. Staff were all very helpful and professional throughout the time I dealt with them. A special mention must go to Valerie who was fantastic at chasing enquiries, keeping everyone in the chain calm and just holding everything together. Had an extremely pleasent stay in a property rented by our landlord through Clayton's, for 2.5 years. Communication was extremely quick specially by the 2 kind ladies Coral and Caroline. I believe these 2 individuals take their jobs very seriously and understand and appreciate the value of tenants and have been really helpful throughout our stay. Thank you both and your team. Where to even begin, Claytons Estate Agents are without a doubt THE BEST in customer care from start to finish. Claytons assisted us in selling our property and purchasing our new home. The service was second to none, we were kept informed along the process and stages and when needed the team pro actively made relevant calls or emails to ensure the process was smooth and seamless as possible. I cannot recommend this team of people whom are extremely professional and courteous, even to the extent of printing important mortgage docs for us to progress when we had no access to a printer. Val, Ben, Tracey, Debbie to name a few a huge thank you from Nadia An I....we couldn't have done it with out you all.
We purchased our first home through Clayton’s back in 2016 and we returned to them to sell it 6 years later, mainly because we received a great service from them as buyers and now as sellers. We engaged with Clayton’s back in February and Vicky is by far the best valuer I’ve met. She really knew the market and explained the process & price boundaries well, which meant we could achieve the best possible buyer. The team also did their due diligence on all the potential buyers to avoid time wasters. I’m a perfectionist and was weary about the photos, but Ben took amazing photos of our home and provided detailed floor plans. Quite frankly, we were wowed by it. He certainly has an eye for it. Vicky, Bev and Ben, all gave great advice on our buyers but also provided advice when we were purchasing a house through another agent, especially when we suddenly had to go through probate on our purchase a few days before exchange and we didn’t know what to do. We also dealt with Debbie who mainly did the viewings for our home and she was so cheery, friendly and professional. Exactly the type of person you want showing your buyers around your home. Thanks to them, we made the best possible decision on our sale. They are the best estate agent team around. Can’t fault them and will certainly use them again.
Having had a terrible experience with another estate agent that rhymes with shmonnels, we finally found a great fit with Claytons. Ben and the team were so helpful and understanding. They had to deal with the worst solicitors known to man and handled it all with incredible professionalism. The process took months no fault of Claytons but they kept us up to date with every progression in the process. I would highly recommend using Claytons Watford. Thanks Ben!
Highly recommend Claytons, my initial phone call was answered promptly and professionally, arranged a home visit valution the next day, Vicky arrived on time, was very considerate of my property, found meeting very informative, answered all my questions with a friendly professional manner. Two years of pleasure. My partner and I rented with Claytons during this time and they were nothing but lovely, attentive and helpful. I was extremely sad to leave them due to needing a larger home but I would highly recommend their services. From day one they have been helpful, understanding and always get things done straight away. We will miss you all thank you for making our time in our home smooth and easy. We had the best landlord too if I could write a glowing review on her we would. Feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to use Claytons and if the if the chance arrises again we will certanly be back.
We first purchased though Claytons 22 years ago! This time we were lucky enough to sell & purchase though Claytons, it was not always easy due to our buyers solicitors being totally incompetent!! But we can honestly say that every member of staff was absolutely brilliant!!! We now live in our most favourite avenue in Watford!! We can not recommend Claytons highly enough!
