Just got my warehouse with them . After the settlement , none in their office knew it. And none knows where the keys are. Eventually , they found gavin to give us the key. However he gave us wrong keys. When we rang Gavin ,instead of apology, he told us to change the lock and forget about getting the keys. Unbelievable and very unprofessional agent.

Finally we have moved out of the office/warehouse which was managed by Crabtrees Real Estate Oakleigh. In the last 5-6 years, we struggled with this agent all the time and then decided to move out a.s.a.p. I could understand that this agent tried to be good to the landlord, but couldn't understand why they are so rude and unfair to the tenant. The way they treated us is very unprofessional(I have to say that) as they tried their best getting every dollar from us if possible. One time we almost took them to the VCAT, then they gave up. Although they get commission from the landlord, if you don't provide good service to the tenant,the tenant won't stay longer which will cause the loss to the landlord. If you are going to rent any properties through this agent, please make sure you will check their lease contract with your solicitor first as they have a lot of special conditions on the contract which will make big troubles for you in the near future.
