After running a successful international real estate franchise, directors Peter Argyriou & Cynthia Hartnett decided to continue with their total commitment and passion for customer service and providing a personalized service to their business by turning their attention to running an independent agency purely focussed on property management.

I was very happy with Just Rentals & all their services. Not once was my property vacant for the whole 5+ years I rented it out. Cindy & Peter were an absolute joy to deal with - both are very friendly, reliable & genuine people. Their customer service was outstanding…. not only did they help me out with renting my property for so many years, they also helped me with selling it. I’m so thankful & grateful for all of Cindy & Peter’s hard & efficient work. I would definitely use Just Rentals again for any future properties in the area. Keep up the great work guys!
Honestly one of the best realestates I’ve have ever rented with! Cynthia and her team truely made myself and my housemates as welcome and as comfortable as possible. Along our lease we had a few difficulties with the owner selling the house and also some issues with damage to the property due to bad weather. Just Rentals were quick to address our issues and also stuck by our side. Highly recommend them to rent with. They also provide you with a little welcome hamper of cleaning supplies. Thanks heaps for the last year or so!
Just Rentals were a pleasure. I lived in a property they managed for 7 or 8 years, and only moved when it sold. They handled the transition professionally, with good communication. Never any problems. Always reasonable. I'll be checking their rentals every time I have to move.
If I could put zero stars for this review I would. This is absolutely the WORST agency experience I have ever had in my life and this is coming from someone who was previously in the real estate industry.. To say that Just Rentals Oakleigh is pathetic would be an understatement beyond imagination. They do not return your calls, messages or emails, and they make false promises and lie directly to you. We have always treated someone else's property as if it as our own when it comes to being tenants yet one of many examples of their poor customer service was when had over $10,000 in damage due to the floods in January. When my partner contacted the agency extremely distressed and in tears about this they simply turned around told her that we would have to wait until someone could come out to view the damage... Nobody ever did and now we are in the process of taking this matter as well as many others to VCAT. We also had a situation where our neighbours children's toys were thrown over into our backyard by mistake and instead of behaving like a human and simply knocking on the front door to notify us so we could return them, our neighbour decided take matters into his own hands and jump the fence into our backyard when we were out one day to collect them himself like some sort of wild zoo animal. I very quickly notified Just Rentals of this matter and we were promised fence extenders to go in so this wouldn't happen again, but surprise surprise, we were told 4 months later after chasing this up that they don't recall promising this! Mind you, this is all in writing over email. Do yourself an absolute life changing favour and stay away from Just Rentals whether you're a tenant or a landlord. They do not care and just want your money while they sit on their backside's all day long counting how many tenants and landlords they have ripped off.
I had a wonderful experience with Just Rentals. Especially during the challenges of lockdown last year, they were compassionate and understanding. I would highly recommend them and will definitely rent through them again. I'll miss my little unit. It served me well. Thanks for everything Just Rentals.
Four years renting under Just Rentals and never had an issue. Very prompt in addressing any issues and concerns. Staff has always been very accommodating and helpful. Thank you :
