Incompetent Property management team.  Allowed tenant to overstay in our house without our consent. Didn't get consent from the owners who wanted to stay in the house after their lease had ended.  Sided in VCAT tribunal on the side of the tenant. Unable to explain in VCAT as to why their Agent was not able to efficiently ask for repairs of the building as well as take the tenant to VCAT for late payments of RENT.  The jellis Craig Carnegie team wreaks of poor property managment in our opinion.

We have used Kaye Barber from Jellis Craig Carnegie for 12 years to manage our family home while we have been overseas. Kaye is Professional, Humble, Pragmatic and Proactive. Despite us being away for 12 years, Kaye has made managing our home easy and is always always available for help or even just a chat.  I would highly recommend Kaye and Jellis Craig for any real estate service to anyone,
