Quick and easy application for a rental, with a super responsive property manager! First time renting through an agency and so far have had a pleasant experience!

Absolutely the least professional agents in Melbourne. Enablers for slum lords to rip off working people.

Go with a great agency like Just Commercial or really anyone else.

Appalling behaviour of this agent. 
Negotiated with me after property passed in and after hard negotiation finally informed me that the vendor agreed to my offer, shook my  hand and asked me if we could draw up the contract at a little table. 
I was happy till his off-sider told another person of the  price, they agreed to offer more and up he jumped leaving me dumbfounded.
Clearly no sale till the ink is dry!!!
Have never experienced anything like this in my life.
