Ill be moving banks because of how poorly this branch  treat there customers. 0 customer service skills and 0 product knowledge

Seriously these people are very careless. They don't understand what customer service is. I applied for home loan. Don't know why they put through business team. It has been 8 weeks still not finalized. Don't go for home loan especially through Mithran. Even after escalation of process, it's 4th week. I don't know whether they understand the meaning of escalation or not. I am very frustrated. It's only two days to go for settlement date.

Checked the opening hours online and went to this branch on 19th April 2022 to deposit a cheque in a rainy day. A small note on the glass door saying it is closed. All other banks are open for business except this one. What a bank!!!

They always have just two tellers working and the waiting time is minimum twenty minutes. No matter what time if the day you go there. You'll end up wasting so much time for the things you can't do online. I've informed them of this issue so many times. But they don't seem to care and appoint more staff. I'll soon change my banking to another organization where they value my time. Thank you for horrible experience all the times I've visited.
