They don't provide the basic services that other branches would provide by default. Only go here to use the ATM services, don't waste your time with anything other than that.

Best bunk ever. C b Ayyyy. Always yellow and black. You can deposit and withdraw here. Line not long AT ALL. the ATM are also unlocked. No racism here. Even you are ANZ or NAB. CBA welcome you like friend. As long as you are not Bank of Melbourne you will be fine.

Switched banks today from Commonwealth Bank to a new one .

 Staff members we're cooperative and gave me no problem in changing my mind.

Maintained friendly tone and respected my decision to leave.

On one hand, better ATMs than most branches. On the other, customer service is bad. 

Stick to the ATM and you're golden.
