Baby Bunting - Bentleigh East

I visited the store today hoping to buy a pram, when I asked a staff member for assistance she rudely responded by telling me that that prams were not her area. I decided to go to The Baby Train down the road and had a completely different experience- staff went above and beyond and were pleasant to deal with, I bought a pram from them. Will not visit Baby Bunting again!

Went in twice, customer service was non existent. When my husband & I approached a staff member, we were brushed off. Definitely got the feeling like the lady in the pram section just couldn't be bothered speaking to us. We are first time parents to be, you would think the staff would be happy to provide all the information in the world. Great opportunity for the staff to up-sell, we have nothing & could of purchased absolutely everything should of it been the right sales person. Anyways, we will purchase what we required from somewhere else.

Couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received in the last week. I had an issue with my pram. They contacted the manufacturer immediately and because the manufacturer couldn’t repair for a week Baby Bunting staff arranged to loan me a pram base for the week. They really made a stressful situation very manageable. (Note that I called the day before about the issue and a team member let me know the best time to come in)

Picked up some kids car seats at very reasonable prices. They have a massive range of stuff for children. Handy for young families out there!

Omg your phone service is non existent, if I didn’t have to talk to you I would definitely take my business elsewhere
