Ridiculous! I ordered a sleeping bag for my baby. Click and collect from Bentleigh baby Bunting. They gave me a used condition one with bad packaging. I feel very disappointed finding that I pay the original price for a secondhand sleeping bag. What is your standard!
Luca provided amazing customer service. Lucas product and safety knowledge helped to make the daunting task of picking out the pram, bassinet and car seats an easy and fun experience. He was really supportive and guided us through the experience with also allowing us time to think and didn’t apply pressure to us. Luca was an honest and trustworthy salesman. The other staff in the store were also friendly and caring and made the store a welcoming environment for us. Thank you so much Luca and team
