Ridiculous! I ordered a sleeping bag for my baby. Click and collect from Bentleigh baby Bunting. They gave me a used condition one with bad packaging. I feel very disappointed finding that I pay the original price for a secondhand sleeping bag. What is your standard!
Experienced an issue with a promotion for our new Baby Vista pram technical glitch when ordering online. Staff sorted the issue out in a few minutes and honoured the better deal. Great, efficient customer service
Visited Baby Bunting- Bentleigh yesterday to exchange my faulty product, staff very friendly and helpful able to get item swapped with nil issues. Staff informative on other products including baby bottles and sterilisers with a good selection available to pick from, also happy to not only price match but also take a further 5% off items and I love to use this when nappies are on sale at other suppliers.nnWould happily return and recommend them to family and friends.
Two weeks ago I came in to get a baby seat and ask if I could try fit it in my car as I have a ute and the lady said she couldn't let me take it out to fit it. So I offered to leave the money for the seat or my licence to test fit it still she still said no. I then asked if I buy it and if it doesn't fit can I return it, to be told no if it comes out of the box it they won't accept as a return. The lady was very rude and I felt like I didn't get any help which I didn't like.nToday I got told my Nana went to the store yesterday to ask for help to find the right sleep suit for my son. For the worker to not get up and help her and just stay in the same spot and not move and to give her any assistance with her purchase.nI will be going to the Chadstone store unlike Bentleigh they actually help us.
This 5 star review is all thanks to a worker called Shane, who dealt with pick ups out the back, he wasn't floor staff. He happened to be in shop, when we needed assistance and was SO incredibly helpful because NO ONE else was. The actual staff at this shop are clueless and make you feel like a nuisance when you ask them anything. Without Shane, I wouldn't have found exactly what I needed. He is a valuable employee & I hope the people higher up give him some recognition nAs for some of the staff, I really think they should reconsider their jobs or get an attitude adjustment.
