We have been attending this clinic since moving to the area 10 years ago and now our children attend. Doctors have come and gone and we have found a thoughtful, diligent, supportive, softly spoken and caring doctor in Dr Ridhish Pitalia. He is just amazing in his consultations and doesn't hurry us out. As a whole, the staff are all courteous, friendly and professional.
Dr Shah has good knowledge in different areas of health. She is willing to discuss and explain options of medication that suit you most. My family, young and old, has seen her for several years. The receptionists are also very friendly.
We booked for GP doctor, kind receptionist and good doctor! Dr Zaw is very kind and he can speak many languages, so it is very reassuring for foreigners. As this was my first time in Australia, the doctor carefully guided me through the government medical system. I visited the hospital after seeing the reviews on Google, and I thought it was a good hospital just as the reviews said.
First time at this clinic and was quite impressed.nPeople at the front desk were friendly, waiting room was clean, even though they are under renovation at the back, and the doctor seemed to actually care. He was five minutes late in the appointment and apologised which is a rarity these daysn. He was thorough in the examination and gave me good advicen. I’ll be definitely coming back herennWell now I’ve been here quite a bit in the last 10 months, unfortunately, the doctor I see has a good nature, and seems to have knowledge, but I do now feel they have no time to follow up results after urgent scans which might require immediate intervention. Urgent means exactly that, relatively speaking 3 -4 day turnaround and if nothing happens enquires should commence, not after 10 days, and 3 phone calls by me to see the status of the scan.nIn general it’s a good practice so I got my partner to go for a check. Three weeks later still no results have come for her test, after ringing and still waiting!nVery disappointing, I feel it’s now just a matter of churning out patients with unsatisfactory outcomes left asking questions why?
Worst service, if I could give 0 stars I would. You are put on hold for 15+ mins before talking to a receptionist. Once on the phone to receptionist, they aren’t properly trained and are not able to help with any queries which results in being left on left again for even longer!nnWhen having phone appointments with doctors, you allocate to book at a certain time but I have never been on my phone appointment with my doctor at that time. The doctor only calls me up 2+ hours after my appointment and provides a very measly “sorry” with does no seem genuine at all. After the appointment I am still expected to pay for it even though I was not seen at my allocated time slot. Definitely avoid this place at all costs
