I've been going to this clinic for years and have always had a positive experience. I've been to other clinics and waiting times are always going to be an issue as each patient has a different circumstance for the doctor to spend time to assist with..however for some reason, the waiting time in centre rd medical is far better than the others especially with the excellent care I receive. The doctors are all amazing and caring and the front desk are so friendly as well. The staff member who takes the blood samples is also such a legend and really friendly also. Always greeted with a 'good morning' or a 'hope you have a great day' farewell...I know that when I step into the building I will be provided with a great service and will feel safe. :)

Been coming here for 2 years. Always able to get an appointment on the day. Dr Tran is direct and to the point, and he hasn't been wrong yet. He even gives me contingency plans so I don't have to come back so often! I'm moving 15km away but will actually stick with this GP.

We've been to this practice for such a long time . Never have any issue or anything and I can tell you I always satisfied from the start of the booking and with the professionalism of this practice. I personally recommend Dr Sandeep . But today , I am very dissapointed with the customer service who picked up the phone. She sounded very rude and unfriendly at all with some asian accent. Unfortunately didn't catch her name no introduction to her name when greetings too.. Rushing my call just saying we fully booked not even asking if I want to booked any other day etc..

Where does one begin with this centre that is a shambles. You only need look no further at how many 1 star reviews it has received to get the bigger picture. I had a 9.45 am appointment today 4/10/2017 with Dr. Sheeba De. When I asked at reception why I had not been seen yet and it was 9.54 am she wanted to argue that it was only 9.53 am. Really? When I saw Dr De I was not in a happy mood. I told her that the reason I came to this particular centre was that they had an appointment system. There are many that do not. Being nearly the first appointment time of the day I would have expected to be seen at the allocated time. After reading the other 38 Google reviews I can see that many others share my opinion and rating of this place. Dr. De told me on at least 3 occasions I could see Dr. Tran next time instead. The first time I told her that I did not like him and he would be the last doctor on earth I would wish to see. After she continued to suggest that I see him 2 more times I said after her third recommendation that I do not wish to see him and why do you persist telling me to do so after I told you the first time I do not wish to see him. He is a rude pig. He chewed chewing gum with his mouth wide open when I had my first and last consultation with him. How disgusting & unprofessional. I agree with Kelly Pearce & Laura Calderon's reviews of his appalling manner. When I was stating my case to Dr. De about seeing patients on time she said, "I totally agree with you." I have been suffering with terrible sciatica pain for months and asked if she could prescribe some powerful painkillers and she said she could not for legal reasons on a first appointment. I said then I will make an appointment with you for next week then and she flatly refused to see me again. How dare I complain about not being seen on time. Many doctors have a mightier than thou attitude towards their patients. Dr. De's excuse for being late was that a sick child came in without an appointment and wanted to be seen immediately. Well the parent should have been told that this practice is by appointment only. The parent should have gone to a first in best dressed centre. When I told Dr. De that she was punishing me for complaining about being made to wait she said she wasn't. Well she was. Now I have to find another medical centre and see another new doctor for the first time and then make yet another appointment with them to get some desperately needed pain relief. Dr. De could not care less about her patients health & well being obviously. I told her that not only was she being immoral that she was also being unethical and that her sense of reasoning was seriously flawed. As many other "real" clients have stated, stay away form Centre Road Medical Centre at all costs. Their real rating should be closer to 1 than 3. I believe many of the 5 star reviews are fake. The doctors know that nearly all appointments take well over 10 minutes so why do they insist on seeing a new patient every 15 minutes when they know quite well this schedule is impossible to maintain all day? Why? Because they are greedy money hungry doctors who do not give a flying f--- about their patients only themselves.

I visit this clinic occasionally, so I was concerned by the reviews left over the last 2 - 3 months. I want to report that my experience today was a positive one. The Reception team were efficient and friendly to everyone while I waited. Yes - the Doctor was running 17 mins late - but my consult was thorough and not rushed at all. And 100% bulk billed. Seems they've got their previous problems pretty much sorted out.
