I must say this is my no means a reflection of the staff at Officeworks Glen Waverley, always helpful and courteous. This is feedback for management to finally take action.nEVERY time I go to use your photo printing kiosk, it's a sure fire way to get the blood pressure and frustrations up. There's always people who have issues, next to me and I try to help them, sometimes the download works and sometimes it just doesn't.nI spent about half hour just trying to download my pictures, I tried the hardwire USB connection to the terminal, and wifi and both just stop at a certain point, freezes and I start again. How do you think that reflects on the Officework brand?nI give credit where credit is due but your time is up.nI would happily pay more for a more user friendly and robust way of printing photosnIt is never a guarantee with these kiosks and seriously, it's time for an upgrade guys. This is beyond a joke.nOverworked staff yes, we all see it and the use of old machines that are simply unreliable, to protect profits, is obvious and a decision that has seen you lose a customer.nI've found other alternatives in the meantime and I feel better using them as I am also helping local business that value my patronage.nI'm sure I'm not the only one to have mentioned this to you, and that in itself says everything.nDo better.
My son's passport was stolen in South America and I had to print passport photos for him using a digital file. Being a senior, I had no idea what needed to be done. Tom, at Officeworks, Glen Waverley, was very helpful, attentive and printed the photo according to specifications size, paper and ink quality. He was very efficient and all for a cost of $3. In addition, it was easy to email Officeworks the file and all I had to do was scan the barcode at Officeworks. Another staff member, Alison, assisted me to do this. Congratulations on recruiting such great staff and making the process so streamlined that even a senior like me can understand. Thanks again, Tom & Alison. Keep up the amazing work helping customers.
Usually a good experience here for me. Today I was buying some giftsnnA staff member was quick to assist and promptly helped me find the item I needed that was kept in storage. Their efficiency was excellent.nnI also managed to price beat a couple of items, and the staff handling the transaction were very helpful and pleasant throughout the whole process. Great service and great value!
A wide range of products and spacious. It's easy to access and has a big parking area. Staff at this store are always helpful and Friendly.
Had such an amazing experience in store. I was having issues with printing and asked for help at the desk. The young man working today helped resolved my issues and he was extremely kind! Really appreciate how quickly he resolved the issue and how polite and willing he was to help me. Wish I got his name but thank you!
