Great prices in this store on all stationary and electronics, and they have excellent customer service too. yesterday I returned a wireless mouse which i bought here to connect with my tablet. It stopped working after only 5 months. Luckily i had the receipt and It was no hassle at all for me to exchange it when i requested it. The mouse I exchanged it for was more expensive than the faulty one but they still even didnt charge the difference. Good to see some places do the right thing when you return faulty products

Sold me a used and damaged mouse. They were reluctant to exchange it for a new one the following day. The "new" one was also clearly used, so I just settled for a refund instead. Weak customer service, very untrusting. I just wanted what I paid for. Place is still good if you need a pen or something I suppose.

Worst officeworks I have ever been. Customer care is awful, photo printing machines are useless. I was waiting almost an hour with my two kids to get just one photo print. No support for self service. After waiting for about one hour with my demanding kids and When I asked about my photo print one Indian staff member was very rudely said to me “you have to wait and that is it what it is” . I heard he was taking his own language to some Indian customers. I also witness another customer was treated badly. Very disappointed.

No service! 3 people there to great me as I entered but 6 of us waited in queue to pay and no one wanted to serve us. Will go somewhere else from now on.

Excellent service and very helpful by your staff at front counter. The colour copying done for us was of a very high standard.
