Contrary to others experience in this branch and from my own experience from other Officeworks branch, Staff from Glen Waverley branch went above and beyond.nnWas chasing thru a clearance headphone well sought from buyers and I came from another branch which had the item sold out. I was told that GW branch still had 2pcs left. The item was no longer displayed and i approached staff Tom in the counter who helped all the way to search it everywhere in the store and their stock rooms. Whilst waiting ,other staff kept asking if I was served already or if I needed anything.nnThis was a kind gesture for a busy store.nTo mention this was 15mins before they close.nSome displays may look unorganized due to limited space but this shop is kept tidy and clean.
Most unsupportive staff running this store. Most of them kids and they don’t know about product, mainly they don’t know how to give good support to customers. Do not go to this store. Specially printing works
There is a great range of craft supplies here - we were spoilt for choices! My partner and I bought some clay, paint and paint brushes and were very satisfied with the products and prices! We made some little sculptures with them see photos
I received really good service here today. The girl I didn’t get her name behind the counter was very attentive to customers, and so were the others behind the counter. She helped me print an A1 poster, and mentioned that the usual turnaround time is 24 hours which is fair enough, but I got my poster within 10 minutes. My impatience was really treated today haha
Went and printed over 500 pages and needed to get them into a binder, couldn’t have ever imagined better customer service from Naomi. She ensured I knew exactly what was happening, and did all of this despite the 500 pages with a smile on her face. Safe to say I won’t ever print anywhere else again.
