Missing photosnnI ordered 24 photo prints, but about a third of them were missing when I opened the envelope at home. This is a serious mistake — especially because these were solo photos of my child. It was really uncomfortable wondering where the missing prints ended up and who might have picked them up.nnCustomers shouldn’t have to worry about this; all prints are supposed to be in the envelope.nnOn a previous visit, I also received prints with vertical lines due to low ink levels and still had to pay for them.nnI appreciate that the staff member I spoke to later assisted me politely, but the repeated issues have made me very hesitant to use this service again.
A wide range of products and spacious. It's easy to access and has a big parking area. Staff at this store are always helpful and Friendly.
Had such an amazing experience in store. I was having issues with printing and asked for help at the desk. The young man working today helped resolved my issues and he was extremely kind! Really appreciate how quickly he resolved the issue and how polite and willing he was to help me. Wish I got his name but thank you!
31/10 at Officeworks Glen, I experienced some unfair treatment. A shorter female staff member was quite impatient and told me to use the self-service kiosk to print my documents. I informed her that I had quite a few files to print, and she said it might take about 15–20 minutes and wouldn’t be done quickly. I agreed and decided to wait.nnWhile waiting in line, a Chinese guy with glasses approached a customer next to me, even though I was there first. I didn’t say much and just continued waiting. Later, an Indian male staff member assisted me and said it would take around 10 minutes. However, after 20 minutes, my prints still weren’t ready. The Indian staff member was busy helping another customer the whole time, and when I tried to ask for an update, no one responded.
