Really great experience considering we had to visit urgent care! Everyone from the reception team, nurses and doctors were all very helpful and communicated well. The wait time was very reasonable, but could have been a quieter time of day. Clean facility with anything that was needed to treat a fracture.

Receptionist very rude!!! Indian ethnicitynDid not find out her name or I would write it here.nShould not be a receptionist as she has no people skills at all.nShe was disinterested in any concerns I had and showed no empathy whatsoever.nWaited over 2hours and she had an attitude when I approached her to ask when I would be seen.nThen proceeded to try and bill me even though I had not seen a doctor.nSomebody needs to address her behavior as it's very unprofessional for a hospital environment.nPeople should be given empathy and care.

have taken my spouse there twice for kidney stones and last night went there myself for sinus infection. All three times we've been seen promptly by sensitive and professional staff. The nurses in particular are lovely. Came out with scripts to take to a chemist and having taken first dose of antibiotics and painkillersnnSo good to have this option nearby

Been here a number of times over the decades for various acute conditions. Can be chaotic and busy most times with long waits. Administrative errors have occurred occasionally causing issues. Overall Experiences have been varied and mixed depending on the staff in attendence.nnWith that said had a Good experience on last visit in relation to a dog bite incident ACC claim. Lily Shue as an individual doctor has been exceptional. Hard to fault. Knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to care for patients.nnNurse in attendence was great as well in triaging and helping to Administer a tetanus shot.

Although the reception area was busy my experience was polite and professional by a lovely but busy Polynesian lady initially. After 90min car park time I enquired where I was in the line the Indian receptionist laughed at me. I had to wait another 45 min , finally I was called but wasn't introduced so I thought I was speaking with the doctor. NOPE another hour and 20min I got to see a lovely doctor who was worth it Dr Chubb thank you
