My children and I attend Auckland Eye and we are so impressed by the amazing specialists and friendly, kind customer support staff. I see Dr Best and my children see Dr Mora, and as a patient with congenital glaucoma, finding the best specialist who I trust is incredibly important. Thank you for your excellent care .

Arrived earlier than appointment time, as requested. Quick eye test from a nurse then taken to a waiting room. Waited well over an hour with no communication from any staff so left without being seen by the Specialist. Disappointed in the lack of communicationnHOWEVER, the clinical staff followed up with me more than once and the apology was sincere. I was offered a new appointment and the eye specialist was amazing. The specialist dealt with my eye issue, reassured me and overall left me feeling very valued. Excellent service. Thank you

FOR ALL PARENTS: if you are struggling to understand what’s wrong with your little one’s vision, do not hesitate - Auckland Eye is THE best for the kids at least of preschool age! We tried few places before and were given absolutely different diagnosis and prescriptions and thanks god we came here to get to know that our son doesn’t actually need any invasion or glasses! I feel like we were saved from mistakes and assumptions. In reality our son is quite shy with new people, so getting him to talk to a stranger is hard, but wonderful Fifi just gamified everything so nicely for our son, that he was enjoying the whole time and having a lot of fun during her examination. Thanks Fifi and the team - you are amazing professionals and awesome with kids!

Was referred here by my optician. Was ensured the appointment would be covered by my insurance. Was only only informed that it was denied when leaving and that i had to pay almost $1000 for 30 mins of checks. Hard to swallow that i was made to believe there would be no charge when going in and then charged amyway when leaving. A simple phone call prior or informing me on arrival would have been basic courtesy.

I recently was referred to Dr Stuart Carroll at Auckland Eye for surgery and found the entire team there to be amazing. Whilst being highly professional, they were also empathetic and surprisingly flexible. Dr Carrol himself is a pleasure to deal with his down to earth personality that is bereft of the condescension that plauges some high-level surgeons. And a collaborative approach that makes you feel like you are part of the decision-making process.nIf you are in need of any eye procedures, I highly recommend Auckland Eye.
